    The Arizona SciTech Festival will take place February-March 2013 and will offer a series of hands-on activities and workshops, conversations and debates, exhibitions, concerts, guided walks and tours.

     The Arizona SciTech Festival showcases Arizona as a national  leader in science, technology and innovation through a series of events taking place during the month of February 2013. Spearheaded by the Arizona Technology Council Foundation in partnership with Arizona State Universityand Arizona Science Center, the Arizona SciTech Festival is a grass roots collaboration of over 350 organizations in industry, academia, arts, community and K-12, geared to excite and inform Arizonans ages three to 103 about how science, technology and innovation will drive our state for the next 100 years.

    What Are Science Festivals

    Science festivals are public celebrations that offer a wide range of science, technology, engineering and math-related activities: creative exhibitions, demonstrations, performances, tours, debates, workshops and concerts, over a period of several days or weeks, in a variety of locations.

    N.E. Arizona SciTech Festival Events

    The N.E. Arizona Regional Science Fair and Science Carnival on March 8 & 9, 2013 at Blue Ridge High School Library and East Campus Gym in Lakeside, AZ is a Signature Event of the Arizona SciTech Festival.

    The public are invited to attend the Interactive Science Carnival and view Science Fair projects from 10a-4p on Saturday
